It is true that We Filipino "Pinoy" are great in so many things, Why? (Well I can't mention them all...,but I know that you already know what are those greatest things of being a Filipino I am talking.) That is why other races are amazed of Us.(well, not all!) But even though sometimes they call us little people or small people, the fact is, they're amazed on Us, in the things we do.. In our motivation and how determined we are in different field of life... not of being brag, but its true.
I am Ghen and I love to be a Filipino, because We are World class!!! just like the Influenza A-H1N1 that is spreading around the world.(laughing)
But sadly, sometimes I don't wanna be a Filipino... because unconsciously! Filipinos are suck too!!! and because of that I hate to be a Filipino...
I am 21 years of age, my alias is Ghen and my height is 5'0 Feet flat(I can't tell further details!)
How come did I say That Filipinos are suck too? well based on my experience with my countymen..Most of them was so Idealistic!! instead of being realistic minded...that is why I hate it so much!!!
Lately I went around anD basically I was looking for a job because I am badly desperate to have a job. but, you know what happen? those Employer that I tried to applied with, was so picky.. Why? because they have this height requierement, (did I typed it wrong?)No! your read it right! (so, what can you expect? I got failed) and after that .. I was like!! "What the Hell???" "Why are they so picky I have the skill, why they can't try me and give me a chance? even though I don't have any experience yet??"..Why are you people are so picky when it comes to height? are you discriminating your on race? What do you expect? We are Filipinos and most of our people are small...
I already went out of the country and stay there for nine months. I just noticed that they are not in to height requirement on looking for a applicant that can fit in the work..in most of the work... and to think that many FIlipinos are around the world, working in the country that most of people are Giants rather to say taller than us..but hte height is never been the problem to them.
That is why I said earlier that Filipinos are so Idealistic!!! Wake up people! try to look around!! Is it the appearance that knocks it all? rather than the skills of the people?
Well the Government must really striving to focus on the people's need, specially on the Jobs.. because we are experiencing a GLOBAL CRISIS. but I hope that, they will be fair enough.!!
It's funny to say these things ... But Guys when you are planning to take a course ! be sure that the profession you are taking, does not have a height requirements. specially when you're planning to work for local jobs!!bear that in mind..
Be a realistic and be open minded .. open wide!!! It's your KABABAYAN who's gonna be your customers and the one that you'll serving with anyway not the other races...
I wrote this just to lessen my sentiments.. Pity to those like me... who does not have the abbundance of height when the God pour it out on to the Earth.(laughing out loud!)
But seriously every person has their own skills! so, don't just look into a person's appearance...
